DymaxRail Tree Shears
For all excavators brands, certain skid steers and multi-terrain loaders, DymaxRail manufactures tree shear models with up to 20-inch cutting capacity. Heavy-duty frame construction, replaceable dual shear knives and, grapple arms standard. Options include accumulator bunch cutting arm and for excavators hydraulic tilt. Fits specific coupler models or pins directly to the stick. Diverter valve kit provided.
DymaxRail Tree Saws
Engineered to cut through the hardest types of wood found in vegetation management projects. Our treesaws feature a 30 or 38 inch diameter cutting disk and a fixed boom or swinging boom, based on the machine’s hydraulic capacity. Cutting disks feature 12 carbide thru-bolt tooth holders. And carbide cutting teeth that last hundreds of hours. Field-tested in the toughest environments.
DymaxRail Vortex Brushcutters
With more than 750 lbs and up to 900 rpm in a machine-balanced 4-blade flywheel, the Vortex brushcutter chops and mulches brush and small trees in minutes. Designed to eliminate the need for more than one cutting pass, the Vortex is ideal for fast vegetation mowing jobs. With both a closed end and an open-end deck design, each model is matched to its machine carrier and hydraulic flow rates to maximize cutting efficiency. Available in both 70 and 80 inch wide cutting width models.
DymaxRail Rota-Shear
For 10T to 25T excavators. Without using bucket trucks and chain saws, maneuver in tight, hard-to-reach locations. Sleek, narrow frame design, shear blade assembly that closes on a fixed anvil. With 180-degree hydraulic rotation reach and cut any limb. Ideal for powerline and high-reach maintenance of way vegetation clearance.

Clark Balderson | President
Joined Balderson Inc. in 1970 after spending his childhood surrounded by the ever present family business. He became president of the company in 1982, a position he held until his resignation January 1, 1996. During that time Balderson Inc. grew to be one of the largest suppliers of specialty attachments in the world. He purchased controlling interest in Dymax in March, 1997, where he can be found most days doing everything from answering sales calls to planning future growth.
Sales, Service, Product Support

Scott Balderson | Vice President Products and Markets
Arrived at Dymax in 1997 along with his father Clark. Grew up in and around the Balderson Inc. offices and plant in Wamego, Kansas. Scott brings to Dymax lessons learned from his father and grandfather about customer service, straight forward business dealings and attention to details.

Allen Switzer | General Sales Manager
Began his career in the construction equipment industry at Balderson Inc. as a sales rep. Opened Balderson offices in Europe and later named Balderson General Sales Manager. After Caterpillar purchased Balderson, Allen became Work Tools Commercial Manager and transferred to the Singapore Caterpillar headquarters where he managed the commercial New Product Introduction (NPI) development of the work tools market in China, South Asia and Australia.

Chris Holle | Customer Service, Sales Representative, Technology
Chris started work at Balderson Inc. in 1978 when he was only 17. He had an in: Chris' father was Balderson executive Chuck Holle and his grandfather was Willard Balderson. For many years he served as computer systems manager at Balderson Inc. Chris brings his computer skills and his life-long involvement with specialty attachments to Dymax.

Curtis Haefner | Customer Service, Sales Representative
Joined Balderson Inc. in 1979. He spent nearly 20 years with Balderson Inc as a draftsman at the Wamego Kansas location and in Belgium at Balderson Europe Curtis arrived at Dymax in 1998 and spent 4 years in the engineering department prior to his move in to Sales. His product knowledge makes him one of the most versatile salesman in the attachment industry.

Zaiful Zuhri | South East Asia Territory Manager
Zaiful Zuhri joined the Dymax sales team in February 2011. Zaiful began his career with an equipment dealership in Indonesia. Most recently he spent 5 years with Komatsu Forest selling the Valmet product line. Zaiful resides in Sumatra with his family. Zaiful is responsible for all of south east asia markets.

Carl Williams | Customer Service, Sales Representative
Joined Dymax in 2003 as a welder. Grew up on a farm in Chase County, KS where he developed a good work ethic and attention to detail. Carl joined the Dymax sales team in June 2008 and has been on the go ever since.

Kip Campbell | Customer Service, Quality Control, Prod. Support - Warranty Administration
Joined Dymax in the summer of 1999 as a welder. With more than 10 years of hands-on experience building Dymax products, in 2009 became Product Support & Service Coordinator. Kip brings a wealth of mechanical and technical expertise to supporting Dymax products worldwide.

David Trummer | Inside Sales Representative
David joined the Dymax sales team in March 2012. David brings years of experience in sales and support. Originally from New York, David brings to Dymax strong attention to details and customer service skills. Give David a call and help us break him in.

Greg Schuetz | Manufacturing Manager
Greg started working at Balderson Inc. in 1972 as a machinist. Rising through the ranks to foreman and, eventually, plant manager at the Tacoma, Washington Balderson plant, Greg learned about manufacturing high quality specialized attachments from the ground up. His stint in Balderson customer service was just the experience needed to make him one of the most customer oriented manufacturing guys out there.

John Parry | Scheduler, Plant Foreman
John joined the Dymax team in late 2001. John has a lengthy background in manufacturing that dates back to 1978 when he joined Balderson Inc. From welding to fabricating to scheduling John is the perfect guy to be in charge for scheduling manufacturing activities for the optimum in customer satisfaction.

Vaughn Burgess | Weld Foreman
Vaughn joined Dymax in 1990 as a welder. Spent many years welding until he took over as weld foreman in 2001. Vaughn overlooks Dymax welders and is a key element to the Dymax quality that customers have come to expect.

Ed Ebert | Purchasing and Inventory Control Manager
Ed began his career at Dymax in 2005. Ed is responsible for purchasing and inventory control. Ed has the ability to think outside the box making him ideal for finding parts and watching inventory levels.

Kari Peek | Shipping, Purchasing and Systems Releases
Kari joined Dymax in 1999. Kari is responsible for arranging shipment of Dymax products worldwide. She also aids manufacturing in product releases, bill of materials and purchasing components.
Dymax Engineering

Dennis Clasen | Engineering Manager
Dennis grew up in Kansas, graduated from Kansas State University in mechanical engineering and then went to work for Morton Thiokol, working on the space shuttle program. Ultimately succumbing to the pull of his roots, Dennis returned to Kansas in 1988, where he began as a senior project engineer at Balderson Inc. Dennis joined the Dymax team in January, 1998, as Engineering Manager.

Raymond Sramek | Project Engineer
Raymond Sramek joined the Dymax engineering department in February 2012. Raymond is known for making some of the best BBQ around. Aside from BBQ, Raymond has a long history of designing complex work tools. A graduate of Kansas State University mechanical engineering department, Raymond's designed products for Caterpillar Work Tools, Henke Manufacturing and many others. His vast knowledge of work tools make him an excellent addition to the Dymax engineering department.
Harold Fechter | Design Engineer
Harold joined Balderson Inc. in 1974 as a welder. Quickly moved up the ranks into the engineering department at Balderson Inc until he Joined Dymax in 1999. His mechanical ability, experience and knowledge in the industry makes him one of the most versatile engineers in the industry.
Larry Tuttle | Design Engineer
Joined Balderson Inc. in 1983 as a draftsmen. Spent years designing dozer blades and big buckets. Joined Dymax in 2000. He brings experience and knowledge for designing custom one-of-a-kind buckets and blades.
