Rail Rollers and Roller Stands
Dymax Rail Rollers are ideal for laying new rail. Rollers are spanned every 10-20 ties depending upon gauge. Roller stands keep the Rollers organized from job to job. Street style rollers now available and feature a purpose built flat undercarriage for working in light rail, mass transit operations around the world.
RailCar Coupler Systems
Custom Railcar Couplers are often times needed to move rail cars with on-site mobile machines. They can quickly be adapted to either the front or back of wheel loaders or other machines to make on site machines more versatile. Put that older wheel machine back into use.
Fixed and Swinging Material Handling Booms
Fit most makes and models of wheel loaders and excavators. An optional hydraulic side to side feature allows the operator to position the machine close to the intended work and then precisely move the load to the exact final position. All done safely and efficiently.
Pipe and Pole Grapples
Dymax manufactures many varities of pipe and pole handilng grapples. Dymax Pipe Handling Grapples for wheel loaders are ideal for unloading oil field pipe from railcars. Dymax Pole Handling Grapples for excavators are available with or without rotation and are the perfect match for customers needing to set or remove transmisstion line poles.
360° Continuous Rotating Grapples
Dymax 360° continuous Rotating Grapples are available for backhoe loaders and excavators. Ideal for handling brush, logs, limbs, rocks and boulders. Dymax grapples can be found working all over the world. We've even built grapples for handling unexploded ordinance for the United States Marines. Undercutter Chains and Sprockets
DymaxRail supplies its custom-designed undercutter chains featuring exclusive DymaxRail Blaster cutting teeth. Blaster cutting teeth allow operators to reverse chain direction without losing cutting teeth. This exclusive forged tooth maximizes overall cutting efficiency and delivers ballast blasting cut action.
DymaxRail also supplies its exclusive drive sprockets and nose sprockets special engineered to better match chain hardness and increase overall service life. DymaxRail's drive sprockets are upsized to offer low maintenance and long life. Sprocket tooth spacing allows deep groove contact to reduce slippage.

Scott Balderson | Vice President
Arrived at Dymax in 1997 along with his father Clark. Grew up in and around the Balderson Inc. offices and plant in Wamego, Kansas. Scott brings to Dymax lessons learned from his father and grandfather about customer service, straight forward business dealings and attention to details.

Allen Switzer | North America Sales Manager
Began his career in the construction equipment industry at Balderson Inc. as a sales rep. Opened Balderson offices in Europe and later named Balderson General Sales Manager. After Caterpillar purchased Balderson, Allen became Work Tools Commercial Manager and transferred to the Singapore Caterpillar headquarters where he managed the commercial New Product Introduction (NPI) development of the work tools market in China, South Asia and Australia.

Curtis Haefner | Sales Representative
Joined Balderson Inc. in 1979. He spent nearly 20 years with Balderson Inc. as a draftsman at the Wamego, Kansas location and in Belgium at Balderson Europe Curtis arrived at Dymax in 1998 and spent 4 years in the engineering department prior to his move to Sales. His product knowledge makes him one of the most versatile salesmen in the attachment industry.

Carl Williams | Sales Coordinator
Joined Dymax in 2003 as a welder. Grew up on a farm in Chase County, KS where he developed a superior work ethic, broad machine knowledge and attention to detail. Carl joined the Dymax sales team in June 2008 and has been on the go ever since.

Kip Campbell | Product Support & Service Coordinator
Joined Dymax in the summer of 1999 as a welder. With more than 10 years of hands-on experience building Dymax products, in 2009 became Product Support & Service Coordinator. Kip brings a wealth of mechanical and technical expertise to supporting Dyamx products worldwide.

Chris Holle | Customer Service, Sales Support, Technology
Chris started work at Balderson Inc. in 1978 when he was only 16. He had an in: Chris' father was Balderson executive Chuck Holle and his grandfather was Willard Balderson. For many years he served as computer systems manager at Balderson Inc. Chris brings his computer skills and his life-long involvement with specialty attachments to Dymax.

Sarah Desmet | Marketing & Sales Systems Coordinator
After living in Costa Rica, joined Dymax in 2010 with the goal to finally work for a company that "really makes things." With 20-years experience in sales and marketing in the finance and technology industries, Sarah helps drive Dymax's domestic and international sales and marketing programs.
