The Dymax T-Railer 100K/120K allows you move large machines on rail without the need to modify undercarriages with high cost rail adaptation systems. You can use standard machines and move your entire fleet with one Dymax T-Railer 100K/120K. Whether you're a Class I or Class II railroad, a regional, a short line, a mass transit, right of way maintenance contractor or a city terminal railway, the Dymax T-Railer 100K/120K saves you time and money. You can set it on the tracks or put it back on the highway in minutes. The Dymax T-Railer 100K/120K eliminates the need to purchase or rent a special machine each time you need to operate an excavator, truck, crane or any machine on rail. It's easy to load machines on the Dymax T-Railer 100K/120K by driving it onto the platform at crossings. The ramps are hydraulic and can be adjusted to close on the outside of the rails allowing machines to drive off without hitting the rails. Outriggers are installed for added stability for crawling on and off the platform or when working from the platform. The Dymax T-Railer 100K/120K is easy to transport and setup. The specially-designed highway dolly makes it simple to move T-Railer 100K/120K between access sites. And once you're at the site, two men can place T-Railer on the tracks in a matter of minutes. The Dymax T-Railer 100K/120K negotiates tight radius inner city turns and is the only platform that works with 3rd rail systems. T-Railer 100K/120K sports a six-cylinder Deutz diesel engine with enough horsepower to move a 100,000 pound or 120,000 pound load at 15 miles per hour in forward or reverse. Even on a 3-4% grade, T-Railer can haul that same load at eight miles per hour. The operators chair rotates giving the ability to look both ways down the tracks and features a shock load absorbing base. Fully enclosed operator cabs with air conditioning, heat and sliding windows are available. Dymax also offers 4 point camera systems which can be mounted underneath the platform and on both sides of the T-Railer 100K/120K. The Dymax T-Railer 100K/120K is only 44' long. You do not have to have an over-width permit for moving the T-Railer 100k/120k over the road. The 2" thick Oak wood decking gives machines more grip when climbing on and off the platform. Swingouts allow you to install oak decking to make the platform 126" wide and conveniently fold in to transport over the road. Dymax engineers can work with customers to customize T-Railer 100K/120K for unique jobs. With T-Railer's optional hopper, two men can spread and level ballast in half the time. The hopper's two independently operated gates pinpoint ballast drop and help you level as you go. The addition of such attachments as knuckleboom cranes, toolboxes and other performance-enhancing accessories make T-Railer a machine for nearly all railroad applications.
