DYMAX BALLAST BLASTER - The Cost-Undercutter
(Off-Track Excavator Ballast Undercutter)
BALLAST BLASTER (Off-Track Undercutter) for hydraulic excavators
Ballast undercutting technology has been around for decades. A more recent development has been off-track undercutting, with undercutter attachments mounted on hydraulic excavators. These new tools are perfect for repairing small sections of track while keeping the lines open to train traffic, thus avoiding track downtime associated with on-track models.

Blaster Undercutter Bar |
Does not require chain removal to replace wear parts. Saves thousands of dollars compared to competition. Perform bar maintenance with little effort! |
| Heavy Duty Custom Hardened Sprockets |
Larger diameter provides longer life and better cleanout ratio |
| Superior Dymax Blaster Cutting Chain |
Reduces inventory and operating costs, cuts better! |
The Best Part is that you don’t sacrifice performance, YOU INCREASE IT! |
Patent Pending Blaster Bar
|
| The Dymax Blaster Bar was developed to provide long service life without needing to throw away your bar. The top and bottom bolt on chain rail segments fasten to the bar assembly. They are index-able wear pieces that substantially increase wear life and put money back in your pockets. Each wear segment features carbide material that is burned into the base metal. This process does not chip like competing products! |
